Requesting A Replacement Ballot
You can request a replacement ballot from your County Elections Office if your
ballot is destroyed, spoiled, lost or not received.
- You must request, complete and sign a ballot replacement form.
You can get a request form by contacting your County Elections Office.
The County Elections Official will verify your registration and ensure that you have not already voted in the election for which you are requesting replacement ballot.
- Upon verification, the replacement ballot will be sent to you by mail, if there are more than 5 days before the date of the election.
Otherwise, your County Elections Official will ask you to pick up the replacement ballot at the County Elections Office.
