For all elections the ballots are mailed by the County Elections Officials to each active voter in their district no sooner than 18 days and no later than 14 days before the date of an election.
- People Who Do Not Recieve Daily Mail
If it is determined by the County Elections Official that a person does not receive daily mail service from USPS the ballot is mailed between the 20th and 18th day before the election. - Out of State Voters
Out of state voters that are not long term absentee voters have their ballots mailed no sooner than the 29th day before an election. - Long Term Absentee Voters
Long term and military absentee ballots (including all out of country ballots) are mailed 45 days before the election.
