Privacy of Voter Registration Information

• Unless exempted, your voter registration information is considered public information and can be shared with others (e.g. voter lists).
• Your signature is also subject to inspection as a public record. It may be inspected in your County Elections Office but cannot be copied.

• Exemption

Exemption from public record can be obtained if the requestor demonstrates to the satisfaction of the County Elections Official that their personal safety or the safety of any family member residing with them would be in danger if the information were released to the public.
